It was at my birthday that I realized something has been changed.
Something inside. I remember that I used to be a succesfull Manager (backhome) and I used to deal with 800 students and 40 personnels. Well, that was 5 years ago. Now, things are changed. I travelled from a developing country and I started a new life in North America--which from many aspects is much more developed that where I used to work....
When I started to adopt myself with this new culture and enviornment, I knew that it's a time-consuming process. It's an evolution and needs time.
Now, I feel that I can start. Well, i haven't started yet. I'm now planning for an start and that should happen soon.
Today i have started to count the minutes before I start. When I start, I see that goal will be achieved....It was easy last time, for sure, it will easier this time. I have all my expriences with me. Now it's time for a little bit more fun....
